Data from Meta Platforms (Facebook, Instagram and Threads)

Our internal content management tool connects to the Facebook, Instagram and Threads accounts that we own or manage, using the official Meta APIs with permissions granted by the account owner. We use this access to:

• Publish and schedule posts to our own accounts, and read replies to those posts.
• Read performance insights (such as views, likes and follower counts) for our own accounts.
• Search public Threads posts by keyword and look up public profile statistics (such as follower counts) of public Threads accounts, to understand trending topics in our content categories.

How We Handle Meta Platform Data

Meta Platform data is used only by our staff for content planning and performance analysis. We do not sell it, use it for advertising targeting, or share it with third parties. We do not copy other people's posts; public posts are used only as topic references.

Access tokens are stored encrypted. Trending topic references are automatically deleted after 30 days (or 180 days if used for content planning), and public profile statistics are kept only as aggregated daily numbers.

Sharing Your Information

We do not sell or rent your personal information to third parties. We may share your information with:

• Service providers who assist us in operating our website and services.
• Legal authorities if required by law.

Security of Your Information

We use administrative, technical, and physical security measures to protect your personal information. While we strive to protect your information, no method of transmission over the Internet is 100% secure.

Data Deletion

You can ask us to delete any data we hold about you, including data obtained through Facebook, Instagram or Threads. Email [email protected] with the subject "Data Deletion Request" and include your account username. We will confirm and complete the deletion within 30 days.

You can also remove our app's access at any time: on Threads go to Settings → Account → Website permissions; on Facebook or Instagram go to Settings → Apps and websites. Removing access stops any further data collection.
